Grading Syllabus Book & DVD's Shotokan Karate Union

The Shotokan Karate Union established in 1985, is a non-profit organisation that has always adhered to a traditional and structured grading system. To accompany the grading syllabus book we have produced a 2 DVD collection. (DVD 1) , Beginner to 4th Kyu syllabus & (DVD 2) , 3rd Kyu to 1st Dan. They show students all the KATA, KIHON & KUMITE required. Taking them from their first syllabus up to and including their Black belt syllabus. All techniques are deliberately slowed down to aid the viewers observation. These DVD's are exclusively to meet the needs of Shotokan Karate Union members
